Terms of Sale
These terms apply to the purchase of ebooks (PDF files) from the trustyourphysio.com shop, on the Ebooks page. Please read them before completing your purchase.
1. Seller and contact
The seller is Konstantinos Varvagiannis, physiotherapist (Licence no. 8913), Athens, Greece.
Contact for orders: info@trustyourphysio.com · +30 698 594 1957.
2. Products
The shop sells digital products: ebooks delivered as PDF files. The title, description and contents of each ebook are shown on its page. No printed copy or other physical item is sent.
The ebooks are for information and education. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace an individual assessment by a doctor or physiotherapist.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The amount you see in the cart is the final amount you pay, as a one-off payment.
Payment is made through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on a secure payment page. Your card details do not pass through our website and are not stored by us.
4. Immediate digital delivery
As soon as the payment is confirmed, you receive an email at the address you entered, with a secure download link for each ebook. If you have an account, your ebooks appear there as well.
If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find it, write to info@trustyourphysio.com and we will send it again.
5. Download limit
Each download link allows up to 5 downloads. Save the file on your device after the first download.
If you need a new link, log in to your account or contact us.
6. Right of withdrawal and waiver
As a consumer you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right is lost once delivery has begun, provided the consumer gave prior express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as applied in Greek law by Law 2251/1994).
At checkout you tick two boxes: you accept these terms, and you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content, acknowledging that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Delivery begins when the download links are sent to you, immediately after payment.
7. Problems with the file
If the file does not open, is incomplete or does not match its description, write to us. We will send you a new copy and, if the problem cannot be solved, refund your money.
These terms do not limit the rights the law gives you when digital content is not in conformity.
8. Personal use
Your purchase gives you a licence for personal, non-commercial use. You may save the file on your own devices and print it for your own use.
The content is protected by copyright law. Redistributing, reselling, publishing or sharing the file or the download links with third parties without written permission is not allowed.
9. Personal data
The purchase requires your email address and payment details, which are processed by Stripe as the payment provider. See the Privacy Policy for more.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law, without affecting the rights that the law of your country of residence mandatorily grants you.
For any issue, please contact us first. You may also turn to the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) for out-of-court resolution.
11. Updates
These terms were last updated on 9 October 2026. Each purchase is governed by the terms published at the time of that purchase.
