Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment
•Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment are charged the full session fee
•If you must cancel, please get in touch as early as possible
Rescheduling Policy
•Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice
•You can reschedule up to 2 times at no extra charge
•From the 3rd reschedule onwards, the cancellation policy applies
Exceptions
•In a medical emergency, exceptions can be arranged
•If we cancel, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance
•There is no charge for cancellations caused by us
